Tough Love Yoga

Tough Love Yoga has made its mark in Atlanta by providing yoga classes that are affordable, accessible, and expertly taught to students of all ages and levels of experience. Neda Honarvar founds the studio, TLY, delivers engaging, alignment-based instruction through various beginners and advanced classes to hundreds of students each week. Tough Love Yoga believes in yoga’s transformative power and its capacity to challenge and inspire every kind of pupils, which is why they offer community-focused programs for metalheads, arm-balance addicts, runners, athletes, beginners, and everyone in between. Their initial offerings included the classes for beginners and the yoga boot camp, and they launched the idea of metal yoga soon after. Their unique approach quickly set them apart from traditional yoga studios. They are proud to become the Southeast’s first Official Yoga HOUR Studio.
