Tim Semelroth

Tim Semelroth has extensive experience representing those injured or killed in truck crashes in Iowa. Tim was one of the first thirty attorneys in America to be board-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Truck Accident Law. Tim is a member of the American Association for Justice’s Trucking Litigation Section and the Leaders Forum. Tim is a past president of the Iowa Association for Justice and the Iowa chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Tim is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law and Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College. Tim has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers, the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
