Surya Chandra Yoga, LLC is a famous yoga studio which is located in Rockford. Julie Young is founded Surya Chandra Yoga, LLC in 2018 to create a peaceful and safe space for the Rockford Community to practice and experience the many benefits of Yoga. Over 20 years of studying and practicing yoga and other forms of movement for health and well being it is her passion to share that joy with others. All classes are beginner-friendly yet challenging for the advanced practitioner as well. She received my 200 hr Yoga Teaching Certificate in 2010 and is also a Certified Prenatal Instructor.
