Student Formation

Student Formation is an educational resource center for any learner in any life stage who desires to become a better student. Dave Laib is the founder and director of Student Formation. Dave’s own education in the public school system, his teaching experiences in private schools, and his time devoted to working individually with students have given him a great deal of insight into the world of both the instructor and the learner. The tutoring center believes that their purpose as educators is to use whatever means necessary to transfer students the skills, confidence, and, ultimately, the desire to be lifelong learners.
