Sage Yoga & Wellness is a well-established yoga studio which is located in Boise City. It is a community of beginner and advanced yogis who all support each other on their unique journeys. The yoga studio honors and encourages one another to practice, knowing the yoga journey is about much more than simply performing a physical movement. Their innovative design allows the 300 HR student to pick their pathway, choosing modules that fit into their schedule and follow their passion for learning more about yoga and meditation.
