Rice Park is a beautiful public park in downtown Saint Paul. It is home to many festivals, events, and concerts throughout the year. The park features a beautiful fountain and is surrounded by the Landmark Center, Ordway, Saint Paul Hotel, and the Downtown Central Library. The park hosts a free outdoor exercise program offered throughout the summer. The classes are open to all ages, and no registration is necessary. Wells Fargo WinterSkate is a free and outdoor ice rink located in Landmark Plaza, adjacent to Rice Park.
