Rainbow Child Development is a vibrant and thriving preschool in Worcester. The preschool transforms the lives of at-risk children and their families by providing quality educational and therapeutic programs & services. Their services 250 highly at-risk children daily from 6 weeks up to 13 years old and offer high returns on investment to the city of Worcester. The preschool’s three programs, namely, family child care, preschool, and extended learning school-age program, supported by their community partners, provide proactive, innovative programs that ultimately transform the lives of children & their families. They educate 64 preschool children in a diverse, nurturing environment that is language-based, infused with meaning, purpose & exploration. Their teachers provide an active learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, create, problem solves, socialize and express their feelings while building self-esteem and achieving age-appropriate milestones.
