Pho Kim

Pho Kim was established in November 2014. Kim is the founder and head chef of the restaurant. Kim aims to build a restaurant to incorporate her enthusiasm for traditional Vietnamese cuisine and the love of people in one place. Pho Kim is working very hard to keep flavors healthy to provide high-quality Vietnamese food to customers in the midwest. All their banh mi are served on a toasted baguette with pickled carrots, daikon, jalapeño, cilantro, and a homemade sauce. Their pho is served with a side of bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeño, and lime.
