Suzanne DeJong is the owner of Omaha Power Yoga, who is a life coach and RYT 200 hour certified yoga teacher with more than 400 hours of training. The studio staff is committed to skillful thoughts, words, and actions and sharing their experiences to empower and encourage others. Omaha Power Yoga classes have a relaxed paced to encourage deep breaths, exploration of sensation, self-awareness, and non-competitiveness. Their community is welcoming, supportive, and light-hearted. ‘Omaha Power Yoga’ studio is located in midtown of Omaha.
