Nspired Yoga

Nspired Yoga is a well-established yoga studio which is located in Rockford. Nancy Enke is a yoga instructor of the Nspired Yoga. Her first experience with a yoga class was through an adult education class at the local community college. It began as a curiosity and soon became a passion. After several years of practice, she decided to bring yoga into the lives of others. She made the commitment, did the work, and became a certified instructor in 2004. she has taught in various fitness facilities for many years.
