North Park Village Nature Center

North Park Village Nature Center is a well-known hiking trail in Chicago. The park has a 46-acre nature restoration and educational facility located within the North Park Village campus of 155 acres. It was established to allow visitors to interact with and learn about wildlife. This nature conservation area has winding trails through woods, wetlands, fields, and savanna. North Park Village Nature Center also organizes preschoolers, school-age children, families, and adults. Tourists can enjoy a discovery experience through walking stick woods, a 12-acre forest designed for nature play with paths and nodes. North Park Village Nature Center is the adventurer’s summer day camp that focuses on nature-based games and learning experiences for children between 5 and 14. The mission of North Park Village Nature Center is to provide visitors with an opportunity to interact with and learn about wildlife and natural resources in an urban setting. The parking area is free.
