Museum of Fine Arts has over 4,500 years of history in thousands of artifacts ranging from ancient to present, the only extensive collection of art of its kind on the west coast of Florida. It is the largest art museum in the Tampa Bay area dedicated to serving the communities. MFA is equipped to inspire you with varied and ever-changing ways to explore art. The museum includes the entire history of literature across all ages and cultures. Several enrichment add-on classes need to be paired with an active MFA membership. The MFA offers special seminars, gallery talks, music concerts, and seasonal activities. The museum also provides private events and rental options for catering. You can also take advantage of regular docent tours that provide informative commentaries and information about the displayed works of art. Museum of Fine Arts affords free admission for Children (age six and younger) and members.
