Meritage

Meritage’ is a polished French bistro that features a seasonal menu, an oyster bar, a long wine list & sidewalk seating. The bistro is situated in the Historic Hamm Building Administration Office. ‘Meritage’ is an independent, chef-driven, French brasserie with the best oyster bar in the Midwest. Their menu changes monthly to reflect the change of the seasons and offers a mix of traditional French cuisine with Seasonal New American. They serve a comprehensive wine list, a full bar with craft cocktails, and carefully selected beer. Their beverage list includes a solid wine list of over 200 selections deep, numerous wines by the glass, as well as a crafted and seasonal cocktail program with an emphasis on sparkling cocktails.
