Maureen C. Proctor - Proctor & Kole

Maureen C. Proctor obtained her degree magna cum laude in 1985 from South Florida in Tampa, Florida. While at Stetson Law School, Maureen was a Dana Scholar and a member of the Stetson Law Review. She got a dual degree in Finance and Marketing. Maureen has represented and supported disabled people obtain workers’ compensation benefits for over 25 years and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as having specialized knowledge in the area of Workers’ Compensation since 1998. She has been a licenced attorney in the state of Florida for the past 29 years. Maureen has also represented disabled individuals in their attempt to obtain Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income benefits before the Social Security Administration for over 25 years.
