He has a lot of restaurant and managerial experience. He worked tirelessly to create his signature original Bar-b-q Sauce, comprised of a tangy mixture of 26 ingredients, including a top-secret combination of 13 spices. Mark’s full-service catering is available for parties or events of 50+ guests. The store is also serving in two locations within Louisville.
