Kimberly M. Hanlon - Lucere Legal, LLC

Kimberly M. Hanlon graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2008. Kimberly is licensed in Oklahoma, Minnesota, and the US District Court for the District of Minnesota. Kimberly aims to provide a good experience for the client, provide a personalized level of care, and focus on what is important to the client. She is the co-founders of the Lucere Legal law firm. The firm helps business owners and their families with small business law, estate planning, and probate administration services. They determined that they desired their firm to serve clients better, a better culture, and a better business model than the traditional law firm. Kimberly and her legal team believe that they are more creative together and better served when they work together. They do most of their work on a flat fee or fixed fee basis, so not only is there no incentive to run up the bill, there’s not the ability to do so.
