Kathy’s Pies & Bakery is a well-known bakery in Cedar Rapids, IA. It was founded by Kathy and Neil Weyland. They began by selling pies to local eateries and vending companies. In 1991, Neil decided to sell the bakery to Kathy and his little sibling, Beth Swyers. They are dedicated to bringing you and your family some of the best bakery products in Eastern Iowa. All their bakery products are made with the finest ingredients without compromising the quality of taste. They specialize in fresh-baked pies, cookies, cinnamon, cupcakes, and caramel pecan rolls.
