Karen Brown, Psy.D - Select Psychology

Dr. Karen Brown completed her Bachelor’s degree at the Baylor University. She got her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Spalding University. She did her pre-doctoral residency at the Chicago Area Christian Training Consortium through Wheaton College. Dr. Karen Brown focuses on helping children and adolescents from foster care, domestic adoption, international adoption, as well as their forever families. She provides pre and post-adoption training and consultation for several national adoption agencies. Dr. Karen Brown is expertise in assessing and treating children, teens, and adults who have a history of trauma. She is also a famous speaker at the national adoption conference. She is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner and also a trained professional in Theraplay and EMDR. Dr. Karen Brown offers Telehealth appointments to the patients.
