Just Breathe Aerials offers its members an AntiGravity studio and a traditional Yoga Studio to practice their fitness. The yoga studio’s AntiGravity Fitness and the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock were invented by aerial performer Christopher Harrison. All of their instructors are Certified through AntiGravity HQ. Their studio is a Licensed Silver AntiGravity studio, the only one in Florida, which allows them also to provide instructor training. Their traditional yoga studio offers many yoga classes you may be familiar with, such as Vinyasa and Slow Flow. They encourage you to explore the wonderful benefits that yoga has to offer at their studio.
