Joyce Marter, Lcpc - Urban Balance

Joyce Marter is the founder of Urban Balance and has been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) since 1998. She won a Distinguished Alumni Award from The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Joyce Marter has a special interest in Bipolar Disorder, Addiction/Substance Abuse, Career Counseling, and Pre/Post-Natal Issues.
