Jordan H. Eisenstock, MD - Community Neuroscience Services

Dr. Jordan H. Eisenstock graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, in 2002. He completed his internship and residency at Umass Memorial Med Center. He is the director of Neurology at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital. He specializes in treating a broad array of all neurologic conditions. Dr. Jordan has clinical interests in dealing with Memory Disorders, Sports Neurology and Concussion, Traumatic Brain Injury. Dr. Jordan H. Eisenstock also provides a wide range of consultative, therapeutic, and diagnostic services to patients with neurological problems and gives them solutions for their rapid recovery. He is affiliated with the UMass Memorial Medical Center.
