John R. Dickerson, MD - Abay Neuroscience Center

Dr. John R. Dickerson gained his MD from Baylor College of Medicine in 1997, where he also finished a residency. He has clinical interests in performing lumbar fusion, spinal reconstructive surgery for deformities, complex brain, minimally invasive and endoscopic surgeries. His surgical specialties include brain tumors/neuro-oncology, degenerative, traumatic, and minimally invasive spine surgery and pediatric neurosurgery. He helps patients get back to a healthier life and enjoying activities again. He currently practices at Abay Neuroscience Center and is affiliated with Via Christi Behavioral Health Center. Abay Neuroscience Center is one of the biggest neurosurgery practices in Kansas. Their physicians specialize in delivering the treatment of back and neck pain relating to neurological conditions of the brain, spine, spinal cord, and nerves.
