Jason Campbell is the owner of Campbell IP Law LLC. He obtained his JD at the University of Iowa College of Law. Jason is a US Patent Attorney and IP strategist with over 12 years of law firm and corporate experience. After serving in a US patent law firm on international patent filings, prosecution, and legal ideas, Jason became the first foreign in-house legal counsel to be hired by a $12B diversified chemical company headquartered in Japan. Responsible for global IP strategy, he presented the full spectrum of IP legal help while maintaining and harmonizing the IP projects and best methods of multiple subsidiaries in the U.S. and Europe. Jason has drafted patents and supported the IP strategy for a wide range of technologies. He continues to provide holistic IP legal support for his global clients. Jason also has vast experience in negotiating international contracts and continues to support US-Japan negotiations of technology.
