Humble Bagel

Humble Bagel was started by Casey Mackintosh and Tara Mikhail. Together, they envisioned an authentic, New York-style bagel shop in the heart of uptown, New Orleans. Humble Bagel cooks authentic, hand-rolled, kettle-boiled bagels fresh daily. They created the kitchen to be open so that everybody can see the process of boiling and baking fresh bagels. Their bagels are made of five ingredients: flour, water, steen’s cane syrup, salt, and yeast. At Humble Bagel, their bagels are made with high-quality ingredients. They are made in-house daily, from scratch in tiny batches to ensure quality and avoid food waste. Try their cinnamon sugar, egg, sourdough, and chocolate chip, dozen bagel, a pound of scallion cream cheese, bagel with lox, red onion, and cream cheese.
