Herbsaint’ is an upscale French & American fare in an airy space with St. Charles Avenue views & outdoor seats. The restaurant is located on historic Saint Charles Avenue along the streetcar line. They offer contemporary, seasonal French-Southern cuisine with elements of rustic Italian cooking. Chef Link offers classics such as dark roux Gumbo and Duck Confit with Dirty Rice, and Citrus Gastrique. Their menus reflect these connections, featuring local, seasonal produce and sustainably sourced seafood and meats. Their wine list is meant to complement their food. ‘Herbsaint’ is available for private dining from Monday to Saturday. Their private dining menus reflect the passionate style of cooking that has consistently made Herbsaint one of the top restaurants in New Orleans. The private dining room can accommodate up to 45 guests for a seated meal and up to 60 for a standing reception.
