Golden Eagle Country Club is an 18-hole private golf course constructed by world-famous golf course architect Tom Fazio. The course spans 6,965 yards from the back of the tees. The United States Golf Association ranked the most difficult challenge in Florida just six months after its opening in December 1986. Golden Eagle incorporates large fairways and strategically positioned Scottish bunkers to create a demanding and accessible course for casual and serious golfers. It is obvious that the course architect took full advantage of the natural topography of the spectacular acreage surrounding the Golden Eagle. Golden Eagle Country Club offers space for weddings, banquets, and golf tournaments.
