Dr. Dominic M. Castellano received his medical degree from the University Of South Florida College Of Medicine. He completed his residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School and fellowship at the University of Texas at Houston Department of Otolaryngology-in addition to a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Castellano currently practices at Florida E.N.T. & Allergy’s Mid Tampa, Plant City, Riverview and Van Dyke/St. Joseph’s North locations where they offer same day and next day appointments.
