Community Preschool

Community Preschool is one of the oldest preschools still in existence in Topeka. Their teachers hold degrees in early childhood education and elementary education. The preschool has the opportunity to sort and classify classroom toys as they put them away in their proper places. The academy provides the child with an opportunity to work on large motor skills using their whole body. Community Preschool offers foods. All of their teachers work with the children individually or in small groups on special projects. Community Preschool offers a wide range of activities. The parents participate in their child’s classroom one day per month & get to be an active part of their child’s learning.
