Cocoa Bakery

Cocoa Bakery is a quaint storefront with breakfast pastries, classic baked goods, and espresso drinks, plus a snug patio. Chef Jessica Isaacs is the Owner of this bakery. She is directly involved in all aspects of its creative, culinary, and business operations. Jessica learned culinary artistry at the Art Institute in New York and the Italian Culinary Institute in Italy. Jessica’s recipes have been published in a different array of magazines and cookbooks. During her multiple years in the role, she became largely recognized for her work ethic, experience, and creativity. Jessica started to develop the vision of launching her own bakery, where she could produce a variety of bakery items that would look as excellent as they tasted by using her iconic recipes and ingredients of the highest quality. Since 2009, Cocoa Bakery has been a favorite place for cookies, pastries, coffee, and made-to-order cakes for all occasions.
