Carol A. Hartline - Williams Mccarthy, Llp.

Carol A. Hartline is an experienced attorney in Williams Mccarthy, LLP. She graduated magna cum laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law. While completing law school, Hartline worked as editor of the university’s Law Review. In addition, she has studied international law through the University of Bordeaux, France. Hartline focuses her practice on the protection of workers’ compensation, employment, and insurance law. She is a judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. Over more than 14 years, Hartline has worked in the area of worker’s compensation protection. She handles cases from trial through all levels of appeal. Hartline also serves as an Arbitrator in the 17th Judicial Circuit Alternative Dispute Resolution program. She was named Chairperson of the Illinois Bar Association of Workers’ Compensation Counsel Group.
