Carlo’s Las Vegas Bakery is a family-owned bakery based in Las Vegas, NV. In 1910, Carlo’s Bakery was established by Carlo Guastaferro. It was purchased by Bartolo ”Buddy” Valastro, Sr. Valastro’s son Buddy Valastro currently runs the Bakery, with help from his four older sisters and other assorted family members and friends. Carlo’s Bakery is well-known for its variety of cookies, cannoli & elaborate cakes. They have thousands of wedding cakes, specialty cakes, and delicious Italian pastries for any occasion.
