Butterfly Bakery was founded in 2009 by Linda Cox. In 2016, Justin & Mindy Van Wart purchased the cakeshop intending to maintain all the top-notch methods and incredible artistry while widening to disperse the love of bakery to more of their Lincoln community. Since 2009, Butterfly Bakery has brought artful pastry and decadent, custom cakes to the Lincoln Community. All their products are always made fresh, from scratch, using high-quality ingredients.
