Breathe Yoga

Breathe yoga is a famous yoga studio which is located in Shreveport. Becky is one of the yoga instructors of Breathe yoga. She began her yoga journey over nine years ago. Becky completed her 200 RYT certification through the DwiPada Yoga Teacher Training Program while living in Memphis, TN. She believes in spreading positive vibes in every class she teaches. She encourages students to connect mindful breath to powerful movement and set intentions that affect positive growth on and off the mat. Breathe yoga’s goal is to inspire a love of yoga in a nurturing environment and to balance the mind, body, and soul for all ages from six weeks through the golden years.
