Big B’s Texas BBQ offers Southern barbecue staples with beer and wine in a relaxed, wood-accented space. This traditional Texas Smokehouse BBQ eatery is designed to provide guests the experience of Brian home town setting. Their traditional BBQ gives you a taste of the south. Their meals are served on industrial plastic trays/boxes, plastic utensils, large self-serve napkin dispensers, fountain drinks, and the condiment station with free pickles, pickled carrots, jalapenos, and cherry peppers. Most of the meats at Big B’s BBQ are seasoned with the house dry rub and slow-smoked using Mesquite and Oak. They use the wood from the family-owned farmland in South Texas, where Brian grew up. Their menu has various BBQ dishes such as smoked meats like beef brisket, Tri-Tip, pulled pork, chicken, baby back ribs, sausage, and classic BBQ sides like baked beans, potato salad, Cole slaw, corn on the cob, and cream corn.
