He is a member of the Optometric Extension Program Foundation, the American Optometric Association, Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development and a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Richard provides Comprehensive Eye Examinations for all ages, Vision therapy for all ages, treatment of eye diseases, and co-management of surgery.
