Jaclyn Fulop, Mspt - Exchange Physical Therapy Group

Jaclyn Fulop completed her Master of Science degree in PT at Florida A&M University. She is an executive board member for the Liberty Humane Society and the New Jersey State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Jaclyn specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. She is the clinical director of the Exchange Physical Therapy Group in Jersey City, NJ. Exchange Physical Therapy Group provides a one-on-one, hands-on approach to develop a customized treatment plan that meets the specific needs of individuals.
