Joe Squared is a family-owned pizzeria that serves a long list of unusual pizzas & risottos, plus daily live music & art shows in a laid-back atmosphere. It has a unique coal-fired sourdough-crusted pizza that has been marked as one of the best in America. Their sourdough crust is made with a 200-year-old starter, original Caputo flour, sea flavoring, water, and extra virgin olive oil. Joe Squared pizzas have a 900-degree anthracite burning oven.
