New England Aquarium

The New England Aquarium is a global leader in ocean exploration and marine conservation located in Boston. It is one of the premier visitor attractions in Boston. The Aquarium opened its door to the public over fifty years. It welcomes more than 1.3 million visitors per year. It engages the broadest possible constituency and works hard to preserve the blue planet. The New England Aquarium also provided major public education resources for the region. The four-story Giant Ocean Tank offers you the opportunity to discover enjoy a 200,000-gallon Caribbean coral reef exhibit teeming with more than 1,000 marine animals. The New England Aquarium offers free admission for members and children age three and under. The main aquarium building attractions at the New England Aquarium include the Simons Theatre and the New England Aquarium Whale Watch, which operates from April through November. Children under the age of three are not included in the admission count and are always admitted free.
