Morris Museum Of Art

The Morris Museum of Art is founded in 1985. It is one of the oldest museums in the country devoted to the art and artists of the American South. The museum has a permanent set of 5,000 works of art plus a wide variety of continually changing special exhibitions/public programs. It also houses the center for Southern Art, a reference, and a research library. The museum store has a wide array of artful gifts, many handcrafted by Southern artists/artisans. The Morris Museum of Art offers free admission for Children (12 and younger), Students, the Military, and its members.
