William J. Devlin AIA, INC., is a small architectural firm situated in Springfield, Massachusetts. The firm provides residential design, small-scale commercial and institutional design throughout the Western Mass and Northern Connecticut region. William J. Devlin, AIA, combines his passion for preserving historic properties and his long-standing interest in sustainability and passive solar energy in much of his design practice. He worked on both residential projects and large-scale commercial and industrial projects while in others’ employ. He also worked overseas for a year. William J. Devlin AIA, INC., provides residential and commercial services, specializing in historic preservation, rehabilitation, and reuse of residential and commercial properties.
