Timothy J. Eifler has concentrated on tax-motivated transactional issues and on negotiating and implementing state and local tax incentives, including wage assessments, sales, tax credits, use of tax refunds, and property tax reductions. He represented clients on legislative matters before the Kentucky General Assembly. Tim gives tailored legal solutions to even the most complicated issues and challenges. He is involved in all aspects of the firm’s tax practice but has focused on complex state and local tax planning, audit defense, and federal, state, and local tax disputes. He also finds time to give back to the community by serving on the Boards of Directors of various nonprofit organizations.
