Red State BBQ is a down-home stop for smoked meat with Memphis, Texas, and Carolina-style sauces and comfort-food sides. It was founded in October 2010 by Scott Ahlschwede. Scott and the team wanted a place to have some great barbecue and a beer, so they finally got a spot on Georgetown road. At Red State BBQ, all their sides are made daily fresh. They still use Scott’s original dry rub recipes and the brisket, ribs, chicken, pork, and sausage for their cooking. Enjoy their brisket, ribs, chicken, and pork daily.
