SukhaLife Yoga Studio offers a varied practice of yoga for all levels. Their complete Yoga experience includes a variety of each teacher’s personal touch and imaginative point of view. The skillful and intelligent way is the same in each yoga session. They also offer events, workshops, and yoga teacher training. All of their online classes can be accessed by your annual/monthly memberships or class passes. Drop-ins are welcome. You can get 3 yoga classes for $25 with their New Member Special. They promote skillful alignment, creative sequencing, and mindful breathing. They offer various yoga classes such as Flow, Power, Hot Yoga, Slow & Flow, Yin, and more.
