Pure Hot Yoga is a well-established yoga studio which is located in Springfield. Pure Hot Yoga is more than an infrared-heated hot yoga studio. It is a registered yoga school with Yoga Alliance and offers 200hr RYT. The yoga studio strives to build a strong community as well as body, mind, and breath. Pure Hot Yoga blends modern technology with the ancient discipline of yoga. Over 30 classes a week are offered from beginner to advanced. Their heating of the infrared panel offers sun-like waves of energy that penetrate deep into the human body (approx. 4 cm), gently elevating the body’s surface temperature and detoxifying the body at a cellular level. Babysitting is offered in the majority of their classes.
