They strive to live according to the Yamas like Ahimsa, Satya, Asteya, Brahmacharya & Aparigraha. They take personal responsibility for growing the classes and the Savannah Power Yoga community. They do not deprecate or malign any other styles of yoga or any other yoga studio. They engage in ongoing personal and professional development activities.
