Dr. Deborah K. Phillips is a board-certified dermatologist who has special interests in Laser Medicine and Cosmetic Dermatology. She completed her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Deborah K. Phillips was then granted a dermatology residency position at MD Anderson Cancer Center in conjunction with the University of Texas and served as chief resident. She practices at Lexington Dermatology and Laser Center. Lexington Dermatology and Laser Center is the most advanced and comprehensive dermatology, cosmetic and laser center in Central Kentucky.
