Surya Yoga

Annie Trotta is a yoga instructor who owns a Surya Yoga. Surya Yoga is a dedicated yoga studio for adults, kids, and families. All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. They offer different styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, Mysore, mixed-level flow, beginner yoga, prenatal, hot yoga, advanced vinyasa, kids yoga, and family yoga. The room is heated to 80 degrees, except during prenatal, kids, and family classes. Surya Yoga also has a boutique that sells mats, towels, essential oils, and yoga clothes. Annie Trotta truly believes that anyone and everyone can do yoga because yoga doesn’t have to be hard, demanding, or intimidating.
