Nazanene Helen Esfandiari, MD

Dr. Nazanene Helen Esfandiari graduated her medical degree at Faculte de Bordeaux II. She finished her residency at Worcester Memorial Hospital. Dr. Nazanene completed her fellowship in endocrinology at the University of Michigan. She practices at Michigan Medicine Metabolism, Endocrinology, and Diabetes Clinic in Ann Arbor. She has a particular interest in thyroid cancer, thyroid disorders, post-bariatric surgery care, and general endocrinology. Dr. Nazanene has research experience in the Impact of Allopurinol in Type 1 Diabetic Patients with Elevated Urine Microalbumin. Dr. Nazanene is also interested in Hyperglycemia Inpatient Insulin Program (HIIP). She sees patients at the University of Michigan Rogel Cancer Center, and Metabolism, Endocrinology & Diabetes (MEND) Clinic at Domino’s Farms.
