Love is Yoga studio creates its own divine space to share and practice scientific yoga techniques. Kieta is the instructor of Love is Yoga studio. Kieta has 20 years of experience in the Sports and Fitness industry and, she is Yoga Alliance Certified and has studied at the ClearWaters School of Yoga. They immediately feel the warmth and serenity which surrounds Love is Yoga. They reduce the stress, learn stress-relieving practices and life management tools. The classes are a combination of Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, and influences from Anusara. The yoga studio is dedicated to Bhakti and Shakti yoga, using asana’s to unite body and mind. Shakti is cosmic existence and liberation, its most significant form being the Kundalini-shakti, a mysterious physiopsychospiritual force.
