The Wheelhouse

The Wheelhouse is a family-owned and operated food truck serving in Springfield and its surrounding areas. It uses high-quality ingredients, concentrating on Thai and Mexican meals and exploring other culinary traditions. The truck’s adorable menu is home-crafted from quality products, meat, and natural spices. The Wheelhouse makes all of their salsas/sauces, marinades, and side dishes using home ingredients instead of premade mixes, and they flatten and grill their taco tortillas. Meat dishes, vegetarian dishes, vegan dishes, or gluten-free dishes are available in The Wheelhouse. Burrito comes with homemade Spanish rice and their version of refried beans which are low in fat and made with roasted garlic and ground Chile Pasilla. Don’t miss to taste their Cauliflower Wings which is made up of tempura battered and fried cauliflower with your choice of sauce and served with homemade ranch.
